At Skin Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Ensure the products are at least 70% full and include any promotional samples received.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
